Lovely setting, great staff, all very helpful, everyone of them was saying good afternoon when we arrived, and I mean everyone, the cleaners working on some of the rooms were polite and helpful. The food was absolutely fantastic. Log fires were burning in the grates, real fires, not gas. Rooms really good size and very well equipped. Couldn't fault the experience.
